MEN: Tuxedo (black), tuxedo shirt, black bow tie and black shoes
· If you do not have a tux or not care to rent one, a black suit with a white tuxedo shirt and a black bow tie is fine.
· White Elephant in Green Valley has very nice tuxedos for a reasonable price.
WOMEN: If you own or can borrow a "Carnegie Hall" dress, please wear it with white pearl necklace (single strand), and small pearl stud earrings. Black shoes with heel height that you find comfortable. Most of us wear flats since there are long periods of standing
· If you don't have the above mentioned dress, then a long-sleeved, floor- or ankle-length black dress is be fine. Jewelry and shoes the same as above.
The "Carnegie Hall" dress has the lace top. Please do not wear a white bra under it since the white straps are unsightly and are very noticeable from the audience. Clear or flesh-colored straps are the best; strapless is also good. Black straps are your call.
